Description

You will lead project delivery using Scrum methodologies while maintaining SOX compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of Scrum ceremonies and agile processes.
• Ensure adherence to IT environment SOX compliance requirements.
• Manage project flow as the designated Scrum Master.
• Drive agile maturity and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile Project Management.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Direct experience with SOX compliance within IT environments.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
