Description

You will lead ESMO transition activities for the ServiceNow and Tooling stream, ensuring efficient transitions with minimal business disruption across global sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESMO transition activities for the ServiceNow and Tooling stream across global sites.
• Manage service delivery by collaborating with strategic partners to meet end-user requirements.
• Coordinate local infrastructure tasks through strategic partners, core tech, and business unit tech groups.
• Execute service improvements by building collaborative networks with business stakeholders and technical partners.
• Support gap assessments and change management to ensure solution design visibility with strategic partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project leadership or service management.
• Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of PMP methodologies and project management principles.
• Deep expertise in Service Management frameworks.
• Experience engaging with external strategic providers to establish service management frameworks.
• Ability to manage and lead 3-4 resources, including outsourced provider roles.
• Tertiary education in Information Technology or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of tooling integration with legacy platforms.
