Description

Lead ESMO transition activities for the ServiceNow and Tooling stream to ensure efficient service migration and minimal business disruption.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESMO transition activities for the ServiceNow and Tooling stream across global sites.
• Manage service delivery by working with strategic partners to ensure managed services meet end-user requirements.
• Coordinate local infrastructure tasks through strategic partners, core tech, and business unit tech groups.
• Partner with service owners and ESMO leaders to ensure governance and adherence to transition plans.
• Execute service improvements by building collaborative networks across business stakeholders and technical partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management or service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of Service Management frameworks.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology experience.
• Experience engaging with external strategic providers and managing outsourced resources.
• Ability to manage and lead 3-4 direct resources, including outsourced provider roles.
• Tertiary education in Information Technology or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of tooling integration with legacy platforms.
