Description

Lead ESMO transition activities for the ServiceNow and Tooling stream, ensuring efficient service migration and minimal business disruption across global sites.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service owners to manage the transition of key service streams and maintain operational continuity.
• Coordinate local infrastructure tasks through strategic partners, core tech teams, and business unit groups.
• Support gap assessments across markets to ensure visibility and effective solution design with strategic partners.
• Build collaborative networks with business stakeholders and tech partners to execute service improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management or service management.
• Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of PMP methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Service Management principles.
• Experience engaging with external strategic providers to establish service management frameworks.
• Ability to manage 3-4 resources, including outsourced provider roles.

Preferred Skills

• Tertiary education in Information Technology or a related field.
