Description

Lead ServiceNow and Tooling stream activities to ensure efficient service transitions during a large-scale business separation. You will manage service transitions to minimize business disruption while partnering with service owners and strategic partners to deliver effective managed services to end users.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service transition activities for the ServiceNow and Tooling stream to ensure minimal business disruption.
  • Partner with service owners and strategic partners to ensure managed services are delivered effectively to end users.
  • Coordinate local infrastructure tasks through strategic partners, core tech, and business unit tech groups.
  • Build collaborative networks across business stakeholders and technical partners to execute service improvements.
  • Support gap assessments across markets to ensure visibility and solution design with strategic partners.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or service transition roles.
  • Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of Service Management frameworks.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology experience.
  • Experience engaging with external strategic providers to establish service management frameworks.
  • Ability to manage and lead 3-4 resources, including outsourced provider roles.
  • Tertiary education in Information Technology or a related field.
