Description

Lead the ServiceNow and Tooling stream to ensure efficient service transitions during a large-scale business separation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage service transition activities to minimize business disruption.
• Partner with service owners and strategic partners to deliver effective managed services.
• Coordinate local infrastructure tasks through strategic partners and tech groups.
• Build collaborative networks across business stakeholders and technical partners.
• Support gap assessments across markets for solution design and visibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or service transition roles.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of Service Management frameworks.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology experience.
• Experience engaging with external strategic providers.
• Ability to manage and lead 3-4 resources, including outsourced roles.
• Tertiary education in Information Technology or a related field.
