Description

You will drive the delivery of cloud data platform initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for data platform solutions across multi-cloud environments.
• Architect and oversee data lake implementations, ensuring best practices in ingestion, storage, and governance.
• Manage cross-functional teams of cloud engineers, data engineers, architects, and analysts.
• Coordinate project milestones and timelines to align with business objectives.
• Monitor cloud costs and optimize infrastructure for performance and budget efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience designing and deploying data lakes on AWS (S3, Glue, Lake Formation), Azure (Data Lake Storage, Synapse), and GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage).
• Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance.
• Proficiency with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery and Cloud Storage.
• Ability to gather requirements and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• PMI certification.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
