Description

Lead cross-functional Sustainment Engineering teams through product branding transition projects from planning to implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through product branding transitions, including reviews of packaging, literature, and logo applications.
• Manage Engineering Change Requests, including updates to part numbers and bills of materials.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Materials Management to coordinate supplier involvement and optimize inventory transition timing.
• Develop and execute detailed project schedules to meet branding transition milestones.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Graphic Design, and the Branding Program Director to ensure proposal approvals and standard alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied project management experience.
• Proficiency with Office Suite applications.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders across R&D, QA, Regulatory, Sourcing, and Operations.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex project scopes involving cost estimation and implementation tracking.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Knowledge of DIRs, BOMs, MMDS, inventory management, and Engineering Change processes.

Preferred Skills

• Technical or Engineering degree.
