You will lead medium to high-complexity projects, coordinating efforts across teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate, track, and monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Establish and enforce project management standards, documentation, and governance processes.
Assign tasks and oversee daily work efforts of cross-functional teams.
Manage project risks, issues, and change control processes.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field OR equivalent professional work experience.
Minimum three (3) years of IT or business systems experience.
Minimum two (2) years of project management experience.
Experience leading cross-functional or enterprise-level initiatives.
Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Business Services experience.
Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Experience with project tracking tools and documentation practices.
Resource planning and budgeting knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
