Description

Lead medium to high-complexity projects by coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering milestones on time.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project progress, track milestones, and monitor risks and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Establish and enforce project management standards, documentation, and governance processes.
• Assign tasks and oversee daily work efforts of cross-functional teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change control processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum three (3) years of IT or business systems experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of dedicated project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Experience with project tracking tools and documentation practices.
• Resource planning and budgeting knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Business Services experience.
