Description

You will lead IT projects and programs within a banking environment, ensuring timely delivery and strict compliance with risk and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects independently within the program framework, managing execution from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate reporting activities and material flows across all project stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Organize, plan, monitor, and follow up on project execution to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Manage Service Transition and Change Management processes to minimize operational risk.
• Engage proactively with senior stakeholders to build relationships and navigate complex banking environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience independently leading prioritized IT programs and projects.
• Documented experience driving IT projects, programs, and change management initiatives.
• Expertise in senior stakeholder management and navigating complex organizational structures.
• Strong knowledge of Risk and Compliance requirements within the banking sector.
• Proven track record in leading IT consulting projects.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
