Description

You will provide project management support within the IT project management pool, working under the functional guidance of Program Managers and Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers and Project Managers with administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate within a matrix reporting structure involving Portfolio Management and IT Governance.
• Manage project documentation and communication workflows using standard project tools.
• Assist in maintaining project budgets and tracking time allocation to specific project codes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project administration or a related support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Project Online, or similar project management software.
• Strong experience with MS Teams and Office 365, specifically SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Practical understanding of Agile Methodologies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office environment in Manila.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PMP certification.
• Experience with PRINCE2, Agile-PM, PMI-ACP, PSM/CSM, or ITIL frameworks.
