Description

Manage and execute web content publishing workflows across a global network of websites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Publish documents according to standard processes, ensuring strict quality control.
• Review and validate publishing requests by interacting with document owners and content authors globally.
• Implement publishing requests using a literature administration system while meeting established SLAs.
• Create and maintain JIRA dashboards and reports to manage the publishing workload.
• Participate in operational improvement initiatives to refine publishing processes.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of professional experience in web content publishing.
• Experience with document publishing, web publishing, or CMS-based projects.
• Proven business analysis skills, specifically in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management experience working with global teams.
• Proficiency in JIRA for project management and reporting.
• High level of attention to detail for data entry and quality control.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and complex workflows simultaneously.
