You manage assigned construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall project management, ensuring compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals.
• Support construction work performed by contractors and vendors at the project site.
• Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance on assigned projects.
• Participate in work walk-downs, validate completed work against design requirements, and review contractor payment requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Ability to verify constructability and ensure resource allocation.
• Experience assessing field status and resolving issues.
• Coordination skills for working with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education.
• 3-year tenure in similar project management roles.
