Position Description:
As a Business Architect / Architecture Integration Lead, you will be responsible for understanding business strategy and requirements, mapping and analyzing business capabilities, modeling information concepts, and setting the foundation for a technical solution to deliver business value. This role will lead the architecture engagement portfolio roadmap, metrics, architecture communications and manage architecture backlog. This position requires critical thinking, strong communication skills, the ability to begin with a blank canvas, and working with a diverse group of stakeholders to strengthen architecture engagement partnerships with the portfolios. Knowledge of architecture principles, blueprinting frameworks, and capabilities models are nice to have. Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Management Information Systems or IT related). 5+ years of demonstrated business process analysis and design. Proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders to understand and deliver a set of business objectives. Ability to derive, define, and explicitly represent various artifacts and deliverables. General knowledge of IT Architecture. Ability to model capabilities, process, data, and conceptually represent business architecture artifacts and deliverables. Strong facilitation, written, and oral communication skills. Knowledge of both TOGAF and Zachman Framework models. Knowledge and understanding of core IT processes. Detail-oriented, facilitation, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate highly technical aspects of architecture and integration to both technical and business audiences in a written and oral manner
Skills Required:
. 3+ years of experience as an Architect with experience in portfolio management, strategy planning, or business modeling. Project / Product Management. SharePoint, O365 tools
Experience Preferred:
. Ability to derive, define, and explicitly represent various artifacts and deliverables. General knowledge of IT Architecture. Ability to model capabilities, process, data, and conceptually represent business architecture artifacts and deliverables. Strong facilitation, written, and oral communication skills.
