Description

You will support the Project Management Office by maintaining schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring project governance across the technology division.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with maintaining schedules, updating project plans, and tracking progress.
• Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide visibility on status, risks, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards for project management, application support, cybersecurity, and procurement.
• Track resource allocation and availability to support project teams.
• Identify project risks, track mitigation actions, and maintain comprehensive project and technical documentation.
• Support communication efforts with executive stakeholders to report progress and escalations.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or PMO roles.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana.
• Strong data analytics skills to identify trends, risks, and performance indicators.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments.
• PMI certifications such as PMP or CAPM.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
