Description

Establish and manage project governance frameworks to align portfolios with strategic business objectives in regulated manufacturing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish project governance structures to ensure alignment with short- and long-term business goals.
• Generate management reports covering project health, milestone status, financial forecasts, and budget actuals.
• Prioritize projects and allocate enterprise resources based on strategic objectives and performance KPIs.
• Manage resource capacity planning, scheduling, and utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies across all projects.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading multiple complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience working within regulated markets such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biologics, or combination devices.
• Knowledge of Quality System Regulation (QSR) and ISO 13485.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with project management software.

Preferred Skills

• Lean Six Sigma or similar methodology experience.
• Experience working with contract manufacturing organizations (CMO).
