Description

You will manage reporting, administration, and data integrity within the Project Online environment to ensure project visibility.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Produce Power BI reports to support project visibility.
• Administer Project Online and PWA platforms.
• Manage data integration from SQL, SharePoint, and other sources.
• Support EPMO Tag Up Meetings and CRAIDL review processes.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience producing Power BI reports.
• Experience with Project Online/PWA administration and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL for data management.
• Experience working with SharePoint and diverse data sources.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of BPMN standards.
• Experience managing CRAIDL (Change Requests, Risks, Action Items, Issues, Decisions, Lessons Learned).

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• Experience supporting FXPA and EPMO Tag Up Meetings.
