Description

You will lead the PMO and provide strategic direction for all projects within the interventional solutions business.

Responsibilities

• Establish the PMO and implement project management methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and project prioritization based on business objectives.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Monitor project performance using metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to report progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts to maintain budgetary constraints.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience within the medical device industry.
• 4+ years in a PMO leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of FDA regulations, ISO standards, and medical device quality management systems.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
