You will manage document publication workflows across a global network of websites, ensuring quality control and adherence to standard processes.

Responsibilities

• Validate publishing requests and resolve submission issues with global content authors.
• Implement publishing requests globally using literature administration systems.
• Create and maintain JIRA dashboards and reports to track publishing workload.
• Gather requirements and document business analysis needs for publishing projects.
• Meet established SLAs and participate in operational improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of professional experience in web content publishing or CMS projects.
• Proficiency in JIRA for workload tracking, dashboard creation, and reporting.
• Strong business analysis skills, specifically in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Proven stakeholder management experience with global teams.
• High attention to detail for data entry and quality control procedures.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a structured environment.
