You manage technical projects within agreed PMO reporting structures, ensuring deliverables meet scope and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and apply an appropriate project management framework using relevant standards.
• Plan, monitor, and manage projects within the defined program scope.
• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Report on project progress via Highlight Reports and stage assessments.
• Prepare and maintain Project Plans, Stage Plans, and Exception Plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management Experience in the IT Asset Management field.
• PMP Certification.
• Proficiency with MS Project for planning and tracking.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365).
• Expertise in MS Excel, MS Office Suite, and MS Word.
• Experience with change control and configuration management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects.
