Description

You will facilitate scrum events, remove impediments, and manage backlog tracking to drive efficient value delivery for cross-functional teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, and time-boxing activities to ensure adherence to scheduled timeframes.
• Remove impediments and blockers affecting the team while shielding members from interruptions during sprints.
• Monitor backlog tracking, burndown charts, and product metrics to forecast velocity and deliverable capacity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to review technical user stories, manage prioritization, and negotiate requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or scrum facilitation.
• Deep understanding of SCRUM methodology and agile principles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Ability to forecast sprint deliverables based on empirical data and velocity.
• Experience managing risk decisions and mitigation strategies.
• Strong ability to navigate business processes and stakeholder requirements to remove roadblocks.
• Proven capability in managing team conflicts and maintaining project alignment with budgets.
