Description

Manage automation of beneficiary evidence gathering using Robotic Process Automation to improve investigation efficiency. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and development work using feature-driven Agile methodology to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Develop and manage project plans, charters, work plans, and other required project artifacts.
• Document risks, issues, and contingency plans while actively removing project barriers.
• Facilitate the SDLC process by ensuring business requirements are translated into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 7 years of Project Management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations.
• 3 years of Agile (Scrum) experience.
• 3 years of development experience.
• 3 years of Jira experience.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical and business processes.
• Strong presentation skills for leadership and oversight entities.
• Capacity to serve in an analyst role as required.

Preferred Skills

• 7 years of State of Texas or similar Federal/State project management experience.
• 5 years of State of Texas project delivery framework experience.
• PMP Certification.
