Description

You will manage the development of design documents and SQL-driven screen prototypes through an iterative prototype-user evaluation life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop design documents and SQL-driven prototypes based on user requirements within rapid turnaround cycles.
• Transform approved designs into JBoss JEE, Primefaces, JSF, EJB, and Hibernate applications.
• Produce module specifications, unit test requirements, and system and integration test requirements.
• Implement applications meeting DIR and W3C standards, including accessibility requirements for screen readers like JAWS and NVDA.
• Manage detailed flowcharting, modeling, and program documentation from design reviews through acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in Business Analytics, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Experience conducting JAD sessions and providing enterprise analysis, including data analysis and project gap identification.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with JBoss JEE, Primefaces, JSF, and EJB.
• Ability to plan milestones, goals, and task scheduling for optimal project completion.
• Experience managing small teams to achieve project objectives.
• Knowledge of web services, Oracle databases, and proxy technologies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 4 years of Project Management experience.
