Description

Manage the full application development lifecycle from requirement gathering through to production release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop design documents and SQL-driven screen prototypes based on user requirements.
• Transform approved prototypes into functional applications using JBoss JEE, Primefaces, JSF, EJB, and Hibernate.
• Produce module specifications, unit test requirements, and system/integration test requirements.
• Implement applications following W3C standards, ensuring usability for screen readers like JAWS and NVDA.
• Coordinate with technical leaders and end users to demonstrate prototypes and incorporate changes prior to formal release.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analytics, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Proficiency in SQL, JBoss JEE, Primefaces, JSF, EJB, and W3C standards.
• Experience conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
• Ability to plan project milestones, goals, and task scheduling.
• Technical knowledge of web services, Oracle databases, and proxy technologies.
• Experience with enterprise analysis, data analysis, and project gap identification.

Preferred Skills

• 4 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing small teams to achieve project goals.
