Description

You will manage Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) System of Contract Operation and Reporting (SCOR) enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects using feature-driven Agile methodology, tracking development progress to ensure alignment with timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, charters, work plans, and related artifacts.
• Document risks, issues, and contingency plans while working to remove project barriers.
• Oversee the development of SDLC artifacts and ensure business requirements translate into technical specifications.
• Provide weekly written and verbal status updates and lead regular project team meetings.

Required Skills

• 7 years of Project Management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations.
• 7 years of State of Texas or similar federal/state project management experience.
• 4 years of Agile (Scrum) experience.
• 4 years of development experience.
• Proficiency with Jira and Agile frameworks.
• Ability to manage project organization and methodology within Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 4 years of PMP certification.
• 5 years of State of Texas project delivery framework experience.
