Description

You will manage multiple end-to-end technical projects, documentation, and processes while reinforcing infrastructure and software best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and engineering teams to facilitate project tracking and presentations.
• Apply Agile, Kanban, and Scrum practices within a hybrid organizational structure to manage development workflows.
• Create project charters, kickoff presentations, and communication plans defining scope, phases, and business drivers.
• Maintain project boards, dashboards, and roadmaps using Jira and ServiceNow to track velocity and status.
• Identify project constraints, risks, and inefficiencies to implement process improvements.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in technology.
• Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow.
• Experience using SharePoint Project Template, Confluence, and Project Online.
• Ability to manage project lifecycles using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong data visualization skills for creating dashboards and analyzing project velocity.
• High proficiency in professional writing, editing, and technical documentation.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Outlook, including Scheduling Assistant and alert functions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GIS, signal, or traffic operations.
• College degree or applicable professional certifications.
