You will manage all tasks and aspects of the project lifecycle to ensure completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
Responsibilities
Define, document, and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.
Develop and maintain project artifacts including risk assessments, project charters, RACI matrices, and communication plans.
Track project progress using appropriate metrics and provide detailed status reports to stakeholders and agency management.
Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and barriers to project execution.
Facilitate project conference calls, status meetings, and planning sessions.
Perform financial and administrative functions, including preparing budget plans and allocations in coordination with planning and finance departments.
Elicit, analyze, and document requirements to ensure implementation meets operational and financial needs.
Required Skills
5+ years of project management experience.
Proficiency in defining, documenting, and managing project schedules.
Experience managing project scope and budget tracking.
Ability to develop and distribute standard project management documentation.
Experience with requirement elicitation and analysis.
Competency in risk management and issue resolution.
Ability to manage projects within formal procurement and governance processes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
