Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities between VITAs partners, the IT Division, and end-users.
• Manage shifting directions and changing project priorities.
• Facilitate communication and presentations to stakeholders.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve project blockers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• PMP Certification.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and application servers.
• Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in change management and process optimization.
• Experience in internal and external consulting.
• Ability to facilitate project workflows and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle servers.
• Experience with Websphere servers.
