Description

You will manage the full project lifecycle to ensure completion within scope, schedule, and budget.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts including risk assessments, charters, RACI matrices, and communication plans.
• Track progress using defined metrics and provide detailed status reports to stakeholders and agency management.
• Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and barriers to execution.
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements to ensure implementation meets operational and financial needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in defining, documenting, and managing project schedules.
• Experience managing project scope and budget tracking.
• Ability to develop and distribute standard project management documentation.
• Experience with requirement elicitation and analysis.
• Competency in risk management and issue resolution.
• Ability to manage projects within formal procurement and governance processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing financial and administrative functions, including preparing budget plans and allocations.
• Ability to facilitate project conference calls, status meetings, and planning sessions.
