Description

You will manage the technical development and implementation of clinical business practices within electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall PCMMS implementation plan and provide best practice guidance to clinical staff and providers.
• Direct technical development of clinical business practices using process mapping and technology integration.
• Perform quality audits and track metrics related to clinical and operational processes.
• Coordinate reporting requests, define requirements, and validate results for PCMMS data.
• Develop training materials and deliver on-site technical support and EHR training to clinical staff.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Direct experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, and Munis.
• Ability to map clinical workflows and integrate new technology into existing programmatic practices.
• Strong understanding of medical billing, clinical operations, and HIPAA accreditation guidelines.
• Experience performing quality audits and managing data application requirements.
• Proven ability to develop training protocols, manuals, and presentations for end-users.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both clinical and IT personnel.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or two years of related experience.
