Description

Lead technology project implementation within the PMO, managing multiple initiatives and ensuring delivery within defined timeframes and quality measures.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and objectives by consulting with business leaders and translating ideas into actionable plans.
• Identify stakeholders and negotiate resources with people managers to build and lead project teams.
• Develop communication and reporting mechanisms to manage issues, risks, and timely delivery of initiative results.
• Oversee the translation of business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, tracing delivery through testing and implementation.
• Manage project quality through reviews and approvals, ensuring documentation is complete and current.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in technology project implementation.
• Strong capability in business requirement management and quality management.
• Experience identifying project stakeholders and managing complex communications.
• Ability to translate project goals into defined future states and success measures.
• Proven track record of negotiating resources and leading project teams.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks to minimize schedule delays and meet commitments.
• Experience mentoring team members and sharing project management best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
