Manage technology project implementations within the PMO, delivering results within established timeframes and quality measures.

Responsibilities

• Translate project ideas into defined scopes with clear goals, objectives, and success measures.
• Direct resources, negotiate with people managers, and ensure clarity of project roles and responsibilities.
• Identify stakeholders and manage communication to align business needs with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Oversee business requirements through testing and final implementation, ensuring traceability and quality.
• Develop communication mechanisms to manage issues, risks, and timely delivery of initiative results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in technology project implementation.
• Ability to translate project goals into actionable plans and success metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with business requirement management and quality management processes.
• Capability to manage multiple projects with flexibility as needed.
• Knowledge of project management best practices and documentation standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior project managers.
• Ability to act as a catalyst for organizational change.
