Description

Lead large-scale enterprise implementations using feature-driven Agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles by creating charters, work plans, and tracking progress against timelines.
• Oversee SDLC artifact development to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Identify, document, and resolve risks, issues, and contingency plans to remove project barriers.
• Communicate technical designs and business processes to stakeholders, leadership, and IT teams.
• Provide weekly status updates and facilitate regular project team meetings.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Project Management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations.
• 8+ years of State of Texas or similar Federal/State project management experience.
• 8+ years of technical development experience.
• Experience implementing standard project management practices within Agile (Scrum) organizations.
• Proficiency with Agile (Scrum) and Jira.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical designs and business processes.
• Strong presentation skills for communicating with leadership and oversight entities.
• Ability to provide technical support and on-call coverage during specific project phases.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• State of Texas Project Delivery Framework experience.
• Salesforce, State Procurement, and Contracting experience.
