Description

You will manage highly complex IT projects and program initiatives in Austin, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of large-scale technical projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Maintain project artifacts including timelines, risk and issue logs, communication plans, and stakeholder registers.
• Drive systems integration delivery from third-party vendors through to acceptance and closure.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Coordinate technical implementation, including security and operations access management layers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing large, complex technical projects and enterprise systems integration.
• 8+ years of experience with general IT SDLC processes.
• 8+ years of experience creating and maintaining project artifacts and timelines.
• 8+ years of experience identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
• 8+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, and communicating requirements across business divisions.
• 8+ years of experience facilitating large group meetings with internal and external resources.
• 8+ years of experience presenting project status to executive-level staff.
• PMP certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mediating business units with conflicting requirements.
