Description

You will lead project teams within the DTMB Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) to achieve defined objectives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project progress by managing cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders, sponsors, and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain key deliverables including project charters, schedules, budgets, and communication plans.
• Enforce change management processes and ensure adherence to SUITE PMM and System Engineering Methodology (SEM).
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams to obtain consensus and commitment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing IT projects with budgets exceeding $2 million.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects within a government environment.
• 5+ years of experience working in a formal, process-focused PMO environment.
• 5+ years of experience with disciplined change control and issues management across multiple departments.
• 5+ years of experience creating and executing implementation plans.
• 4+ years of experience managing IT Agile/Scrum development projects.
• 5+ years of experience using enterprise project management tools such as PPO.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or other relevant project management certification.
• 3+ years of experience with SEI Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
