Description

You will manage complex data infrastructure projects within a matrix organization, resolving high-priority conflicts and driving consensus across teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Apply project management principles and system development methodologies to build and enhance information systems.
• Analyze data to identify problems, develop actionable solutions, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Communicate stakeholder needs clearly, facilitating working sessions and negotiating outcomes.
• Conduct training sessions and informational workshops to align teams on data governance and infrastructure concepts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management roles (Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Coordinator).
• 5+ years of experience working effectively in matrix organizations and team environments.
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex, high-priority conflicts and competing requirements.
• 5+ years of experience with data infrastructure concepts and data governance fundamentals.
• 5+ years of experience with system development methodologies for new and existing systems.
• 5+ years of experience with data communications, hardware, and software operating principles.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing data and developing actionable solutions.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a government or public sector environment.
• Experience in multiple relevant leadership or support roles.
