You will manage program scope, objectives, and risk assessments while ensuring requirements align with product goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish monthly milestone reviews and facilitate concept and design reviews to track progress.
• Maintain a risk register and drive mitigation strategies to resolve potential issues.
• Manage intra-program dependencies and coordinate personnel to ensure delivery within schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with product owners and development teams to identify MVP milestones and estimate delivered value.
• Coordinate launch plans with marketing, commercial, and service teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project management, product management, or software development.
• Experience leading Agile development teams for enterprise applications supporting 50,000+ users.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
• Proficiency in Project Management, Product Management, and Agile development processes.
• Experience managing the full software development lifecycle from concept to production.
• Knowledge of software development project metrics.
• Business and financial acumen, including business case development and scenario planning.
• Ability to integrate business, marketing, and technical elements into product development.
• Experience using project management software.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Experience with change management.
