Description

Lead application project teams to ensure consistent adherence to processes, scope, and schedule requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage processes to document and approve scope and schedule changes with stakeholders.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and cost projections.
• Manage application quality by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and roadmaps to executive management, customers, and stakeholders.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks while managing cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 8 years of direct project management experience.
• 8 years of experience working with public sector budgets.
• Experience with Dynamics 365.
• 3 years of experience with CRM tools or software.
• 1 year of experience with Azure-based products.
• Proven ability to manage project deliverables within time and budget constraints.
• Experience defining and meeting strategic goals for enterprise-level projects.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience working specifically within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software application team.
