Description

Lead project delivery and facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive value throughout the software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent project delivery by managing plans, resource allocation, risks, scope, and schedules.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Demos, and Story Refinement.
• Remove obstacles and protect the team from outside interruptions to maintain productivity.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, and maintaining strong team relationships.
• Track and report project progress, team velocity, and key metrics to stakeholders and management.

Required Skills

• Active PMP certification from PMI.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• 10+ years of experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) models.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban Agile methodologies.
• 8+ years of experience in mentoring, coaching, and team building.
• Expertise in Agile project management principles and practices.
• Ability to analyze and document business and system processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the SAFe framework.
• SAFe Certification.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project.
