• Mentor, coach, and build cohesive teams through active collaboration.

Required Skills

• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• 10+ years of experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) models.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• 8+ years of experience in mentoring, coaching, and team building.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience using MS Project.
• Expertise in balancing competing demands for quality, scope, schedule, and cost.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the SAFe framework.
• SAFe Certification.
