Lead information system transformation projects from design through implementation.

Lead teams of business and data analysts to oversee complex, large-scale enterprise IT projects. Define business and technological requirements by consulting with product owners, subject matter experts, and scrum teams. Coordinate development teams and vendors to ensure successful solution implementation. Manage project governance, monitoring controls, timelines, and budgets. Mentor state personnel in project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of business and data analysts for large-scale enterprise IT projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing information technology solutions.
• PMP certification or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience applying project management and governance principles.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise IT implementations.
• Ability to work on-site in Pierre, SD, at least one week per month.
