Description

You will manage complex IT projects through the full project management and software development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead project sprints using Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and Kanban.
• Manage project budgets by tracking full costs and entering actuals into tracking tools.
• Direct team operations through task assignment, mentoring, facilitation, and training.
• Monitor progress against plans using risk management practices and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Develop and maintain clear, concise project documentation and quality plans.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT project management experience.
• 8+ years of experience in the information technology industry.
• 5+ years of experience with data management solutions such as data warehouses or data lakes.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or web-based (J2EE) development.
• Expertise in PMLC and SDLC frameworks.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem resolution and communication skills.
• Experience with project budget tracking.

Preferred Skills

• 6+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry or Health and Human Services agencies.
• Experience managing multi-agency or multi-IT department initiatives.
• Experience managing resources in mixed functional and matrixed environments.
