Description

You will own the execution and coordination of complex Business and IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendors, consultants, and internal staff during project execution and procurement.
• Oversee the development of proposals, Statements of Work, requirements documentation, and RFP responses.
• Manage project schedules, deadlines, and risks while tracking progress against cost and scope.
• Facilitate multi-disciplinary teams in defining plans, goals, and procedures for project completion.
• Drive consistent project delivery across the entire lifecycle, including procurement and transition to operations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years managing projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• 8+ years applying Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies to projects.
• 8+ years managing vendor relationships and overseeing solution implementation.
• 8+ years analyzing complex problems and making decisions under pressure.
• 8+ years leading cross-functional teams and driving adoption of new systems.
• 8+ years guiding stakeholders through requirements discovery and documentation.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Active PMP certification from PMI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex procurement processes and transition to operations.
