Description

You will manage the planning, execution, and finalization of IT projects to meet defined timelines and budgets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects while ensuring business and end-user requirements are captured and addressed.
• Lead project tasks and resources, including State personnel, vendors, and IT staff.
• Direct IT project teams using management tools, reports, templates, and coaching.
• Apply project management best practices including risk, quality, change, and communication management.
• Ensure agency compliance with State project management policies and standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in quality management.
• Expertise in change management.
• Experience with change control.
• Ability to manage complex integrations involving multiple stakeholders and agencies.
• Willingness to comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with public safety or CJIS data.
• Experience with health data exchange and integration.
