Responsibilities

• Update and maintain tracking for feature delivery, testing, acceptance, and migration status.
• Manage issue and bug-fix resolution trackers to ensure data accuracy.
• Gather, document, and centralize technical information for stakeholders and leadership.
• Triage project updates and participate in progress meetings.
• Develop customer communications, including quarterly newsletters.

Required Skills
