Description

You will lead the execution and coordination of the Mobile Community Engagement Plan to strengthen local presence and visibility.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day implementation of the community engagement plan and manage multi-functional teams for a unified approach.
• Plan and deliver community-facing activities and events to support local ecosystem presence.
• Manage work package schedules, ensuring alignment with the overall program timeline and leading weekly integrated team meetings.
• Establish internal processes and points of contact for external inquiries regarding partnerships, sponsorships, and site visits.
• Track progress against strategic objectives, identify risks with mitigation plans, and prepare project gate reviews for leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Community Engagement, or Social Impact.
• Experience coordinating multi-functional teams across different departments.
• Ability to manage complex work package schedules and program timelines.
• Experience in stakeholder management and fostering community relationships.
• Skill in tracking key performance indicators and reporting progress to leadership.
• Proficiency in risk identification and developing mitigation plans.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Certification.
