Description

You will manage change management initiatives for the South Dakota Department of Social Services, Child Protection Services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement recommendations from organizational assessments across five key domains.
• Evaluate organizational readiness for change.
• Identify and strategize the resolution of barriers to implementation.
• Facilitate change initiatives to minimize disruption and maximize employee engagement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven expertise in change management.
• Ability to identify organizational barriers.
• Experience strategizing barrier resolution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
