Description

Lead end-to-end technology project delivery, aligning with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives while mitigating risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure strict adherence to Agile and Scaled Agile principles.
• Oversee project schedules, resource planning, and compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and drive clear communication on progress, risks, and issues.
• Generate high-level reporting and status updates using Tableau and Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong experience managing projects in an Agile environment, particularly with Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Tableau and Jira for reporting and tracking.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Experience supporting financial flows and cycles within projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a financial services environment.
