Description

Manage end-to-end software project delivery and services across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Execute project work plans, managing day-to-day operations, scope, and risk mitigation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer teams, bridging technical and business stakeholders.
• Translate customer requirements and workflows into software configurations and technical specifications.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Cloud Services, Installation, Support, Sales, and Product Management.
• Facilitate customer meetings, deliver product training, and provide first-line support during implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• Proven track record of end-to-end software project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks concurrently while meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving customer issues.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for stakeholder management and training.
• Experience applying project management methodologies and standardized processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
